Mango Chow #recipe 「マンゴーチャーウ」レシピ #ryouri

Mango Chow is a delicious kind of salsa eaten as a healthy snack or sidedish.
Serves 2 people
Ingredients:
1 medium firm mango
1 small cucumber
1 bunch cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1 small lime
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Chop mango, cucumber, cilantro in a bowl. Lightly sautee chopped garlic then add to the bowl. Add salt, pepper and squeeze lime to taste. Toss all ingredients and let marinate for an hour before serving.
