Trinidad & Tobago Carnival Fete in Osaka, Japan!

A Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Party organized and hosted by Japan-based Trinidadian, Paul Hadden.

For those of you from the Caribbean no explanation is needed (allyuh done know de scene). For the rest of our friends here is a bit of what you need to know.

Maybe you have heard of Mardi Gras, or Carnival in Brazil, but let me assure you that there is nothing in this world quite like Trinidad (Trini) Carnival. It is the greatest show/street party/festival in the world and because we Caribbean folk are stranded up here in Japan and far away from the action, we would like to try our best to recreate the magic and would like YOU to help us celebrate. Soca all night long and a true Carnival vibe.

February 22nd, 2013 from 10:00 PM.

The harder we party is the longer that they will let us stay in the bar so bring your A game!

Check us out on Facebook!

YOU (hopefully) and any cool friends you want to invite who would like to experience a true Caribbean party.

Because it’s fun, because it’s liberating, and because feteing is the ultimate therapy. Come with high energy and an open mind because this is going to be totally different to anything you’ve ever experienced. We guarantee it!

What to wear?

Carnival is all about costumes so feel free to glam yourself up as much as possible. Feathers, beads, gemstones, glitter. Also, feel free to bring a flag to represent your country and wave in the air. If you watch some videos of Carnival parties you’ll understand why you’ll need a flag 🙂

How much?

1000 JPY cover which comes with a drink.
