    Hi! Ms. Petra
I’m Nobo who arrived just after the opening.

    Callaloo and Rice was nice!
I think Callalo is a little bit simple daily food.
Very healthy. But anyway It was very hot Yesterday, I sweated a lot, I needed just a little bit of salt.

    Pholourie with Mango Chutney
    Very nice!
“Fried split-pea fritters” I thought it as a fried fish!
In Brasil(for me it’s not BRAZIL) especially in Salvador da Bahia, similar food named “Acaraje” is very common.
I also found fried bean cake “akara” at a Nigerian restaurant in Tokyo.
They all came from Nigeria or at least West Africa.

It was very fun. I’m sorry that I left too soon.

I’m afraid it’s OK to leave my e-mail address here.
